(1887, Zhangeldinsky district-1934) was a teacher-educator, journalist-translator, ethnographer, member of the Russian Geographical Society, member of the Alash movement.
In Torgai, she studied at the Russian-Kazakh school founded by Ibrai Altynsarin. In 1902 she graduated from Kostanay Women's Gymnasium. In 1903-1904, she served as a teacher's assistant at the Torgai Women's College. Then she graduated from the Orenburg Teachers' Seminary. In 1905-1920, she taught at the Seminary of Semipalatinsk. In 1913, Nazipa became a member of the Semipalatinsk branch of the Russian Geographical Society, organizes literary, musical and ethnographic evenings.
In 1920-1922 N. Kulzhanova worked as a teacher in Akmolinsk. In 1923-1925, she worked in the magazine "Қызыл Қазақстан" ("Red Kazakhstan"), "Equality of women" and published articles in the newspapers "Aikap", "Kazakh", "Banner of Unity", "Alash". She is the author of the textbook "Preschool education" and the book "Mother and Child". N. S. Kulzhanova made a great, invaluable contribution to the development of Kazakh pedagogy, took an active part in the organization of preschool institutions. One of the colleges in Arkalyk bears her name.
