(1939, Sarykop village of the Kyzbel district of the Zhangeldinsky district of the Torgai region - 2011) is a writer, satirist, ethnographer.
Adviser to the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan in the Torgai region, Chairman of the Torgai regional Society "Kazakh Tili", associate professor, head of the Department of the I. Altynsarin Torgai Pedagogical Institute. He was a leading researcher at the scientific research center "Otyrar kitapkhanasy" at the L.Gumilev Eurasian National University. Seit Kenzheakhmetov was engaged in collecting oral literature and ethnographic heritage of the Kazakh people. His ethnographic works are an invaluable contribution to the spiritual treasury of the Kazakh people. His scientific work on national culture, consisting of 4 books "Zheti Kazyna", was awarded the prize of patrons of the "Kazyna" Kostanay region. Informative books "Traditions and customs of the Kazakh people", "Generous Kazakh Dastarkhan" are invaluable works that have become evidence of traditions and customs. His ethnographic informative book "Culture and life of the Kazakh people" in 2006, 2007 was twice awarded a diploma of the third degree and a valuable prize at the exhibition of book publishers held in Moscow. The last three collections have been published abroad and distributed in more than 30 countries of the world.
