(1927, Sarykol district of Kostanay region - 1995) was a Soviet, Kazakh party leader, diplomat, Candidate of Historical Sciences.
The first and only Kazakh diplomat, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Mali and Morocco.He graduated from the Shymkent State Teachers' Institute named after N. K. Krupskaya and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1973 - 1976 - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kazakh SSR.
In 1990 - 1995 - Adviser to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. He was a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR of the 7th - 10th convocations. Twice awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.
