An element of historical development that forms the architectural appearance of the city of the 40s. A typical example of public architecture with the use of elements of classicism.
The author, the builder, the customer, the history of creation are unknown.
During the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, an evacuation hospital was located in the school building. There was an operating room in the library. During the Soviet period, the building was the house of political enlightenment. Now it is a public service center.
The building was almost completely reconstructed, which led to a change in the facade, as well as the internal layout.
