The dating of the monument is Con. XIX – beginning . XX centuries .
Location, address: Kostanay, ul. Dulatov, 94 "A"
The building is one-story, brick, with a ribbon foundation, on rubble stone, with a wooden extension on the northeast facade. On the same side there are two entrances to the house, which are solved in the form of a porch with gable canopies. Rectangular window openings are decorated with platbands and sandricks. The cornice is wide, multi-block with "crackers".
