ASPANDIYAROV BILAL

(1886, Karabalyk district of Kostanay region - 1958) - educator, scientist, linguist, Honored teacher of the Kazakh SSR school. Bilal Aspandiyarov became one of the first historiographers who carried out a comprehensive (systematic) study of the history of the Bukeev Horde (Khanate). For the first time, the scientist carried out a comprehensive study of the history of the Bukeev Horde on the basis of a huge array of archival documents and literary materials identified by him, revealed in his monographic work "The formation of the Bukeev Horde and its liquidation" a holistic and multifaceted picture of the emergence, formation and liquidation of the Bukeev Horde. Author of 100 scientific and pedagogical works.
