Description of the monument

The monument is a brick two-story rectangular house in plan. Entrance from the main eastern facade. All facades around the perimeter are completed with a wide multi-stage cornice.
The composition of the main facade is asymmetrical. The entrance and the window above them are highlighted by pilasters, dissected by square niches. The floors are separated by an interstory belt.
Door and windows with arched lintels made of shaped bricks. Window sashes are highlighted in white.
There are drains at the corners of the building. The foundation is rubble, ribbon.
The layout consists of adjacent and walk-through rooms. Some window openings are laid.
The dimensions in the plan are 9 x 5.8 m. The height of the premises is 3.2 m. The volume of the monument is 3152.8 m.
