On April 13, 2023, the grand opening of the personal photo exhibition "Animal World in the lens of photographer A.Timoshenko" took place in the Department of Fine Arts of the Regional Museum of Local Lore.

Alexey Yuryevich Timoshenko was born in 1986 in the village of Dokuchaevka (now the village of Karamendy). After graduating from the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute, A.Y. Timoshenko returns to her native lands, works as an ornithologist of the reserve. He becomes a member of several international working groups on the study of the avifauna of Northern Eurasia, a leading specialist in monitoring wildlife in the Kazakhstan Association for Biodiversity Conservation and chairman of the Kostanay branch, a member of the Menzbirov Ornithological Society. Alexey Timoshenko is the director of the first ecological park in Kazakhstan "Alty-Sai", located on the territory of the Dzhangelda district.

The head of the Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region E.B. Kalmakov, member of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, photographer G.Shapovalov, researcher of the Naurzum Reserve M.A. Zeynelova, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor T.M. Bragina delivered a welcoming speech at the exhibition.

One hundred author's works were presented at the exhibition. Visitors saw photos of animals, unique moments of their lives.

This exhibition will run from April 13 to May 13 in the Department of Fine Arts of the Regional Museum of Local History.
