On May 12, 2026, museum employee Aisulu Kabdrakhmanova conducted a museum lesson, "The History of Our Region," for 9th-grade students at the S. Maulenov Gymnasium. The event was timed to coincide with the 90th anniversary of the Kostanay Region. During the lesson, the students viewed a thematic presentation and were also given a tour of a traveling photo documentary exhibition.
