(1910, Mendygarinsky district of the Kostanay region -1984) - akyn, translator, literary secretary of the people's akyn Zhambyl. In 1926, K. Toguzakov was a student of the Kustanai Pedagogical College, and then a student of the A. I. Herzen Pedagogical Institute in Leningrad. His first poems were published in 1928 in the newspaper "Ауыл" of Kostanay. A collection of feuilletons "Жедел қарт" was published. In 1934, after returning to Alma-Ata, K. Toguzakov headed the department of translators of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan. Later he became one of the literary secretaries of Dzhambul. The author of the novel in verse "Sibir Omar". K. Toguzakov put a lot of effort into translating the best poetic works of Russian writers - M. Y. Lermontov, A. S. Pushkin, V. V. Mayakovsky. Russian Russian Women, Gogol's The Marriage, Chekhov's The Seagull, A. Tolstoy's The Golden Key, about twenty plays by Soviet writers, Russian and Western European playwrights were also translated into Kazakh for the first time. Selected poems and translations were published in a separate book called " Айдауык".
