On May 1st, Kazakhstan celebrates one of its most joyful and joyful holidays – the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan. This is a holiday of friendship, understanding, and harmony, which are so essential for peaceful life in a country home to more than 150 nations and peoples. Each of these peoples is unique, but together, within the territory of Kazakhstan, they form one united nation.
Today, in anticipation of the holiday, the Kostanay Regional Museum of History and Local Lore held an ethnographic project, "Bir shaңyraқ astynda," for students of the State Institution "Comprehensive School No. 19 of the Kostanay City Education Department" of the Kostanay Regional Akimat Education Department. The project featured the soloist of the "Razdolitsa" Slavic and Cossack Song Folk Ensemble, Radik Milikhatovich Vildyanov, and dancers from the "Sezim" dance studio. They delighted the guests with their magnificent performances, which were met with enthusiastic applause. The festive program included an introduction to the holiday and the ethnocultural associations of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, dancing, singing, and interactive competitions.
