On July 5, 2023, the staff of the Kostanay Regional Museum of Local Lore held a lecture "El tiregi - Elorda" on the Day of the Capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for convicts of the RSU "Institution No. 76" of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for soldiers of the 6697 National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the event, employees told about the history of the creation and development of the city, as well as a photo-documentary traveling exhibition "Astana - the heart of Eurasia" was exhibited.
