On August 29, 2023, the Kostanay Regional Museum of Local Lore visited Institution No. 76 of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the museum employee held an information dialogue on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic «The Constitution is the legal foundation of the country», where he told about the history of the Constitution, the rights and obligations of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
