The festival-exhibition «Open air Art – 2023» was held for the first time on the basis of the Kostanay Regional Museum of Local History.

«Open air Art – 2023» is an association of talented artists and craftsmen from different regions of Kazakhstan, promoting the sacred places of our region through creative crafts.

This exhibition promotes the formation of moral values, historical consciousness, as well as the preservation of cultural traditions in the field of fine arts.
