On August 8, 2025, in the exhibition hall of the fine arts department of the Kostanay regional history and local history museum, the opening of two exhibitions took place: "History without end" and "Souls and hearts of inspiration", dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the Kostanay regional history and local history museum.
At the exhibition "History without end", exhibits from the museum's collection, which have been replenished over the course of a century, were presented to visitors. Among them are jewelry, ranging from the Stone Age to the present day; Kazakh traditional clothing and its elements; weapons and household items of settlers.
As part of the Year of Working Professions in Kazakhstan, the art exhibition "Souls and Hearts of Inspiration" presented paintings and graphic works created in the second half of the 20th century - during the period of large-scale industrial transformations in the country. During this historical period, new themes and genres reflecting human labor activity were actively formed in the fine arts: industrial landscape, formal and lyrical portrait of a worker, group portrait of a production team. These artistic images become a chronicle of the era, in the center of which is the working man. The exhibitions will be on display for a month.
