On December 26, 2025, the final exhibition of creative works by Kostanay artists entitled "On the Wave of Inspiration" opened in the exhibition hall of the Department of Fine Arts of the Kostanay Regional Museum of Local Lore. A total of 187 original works are presented: 93 on the ground floor, 94 on the second floor. The exhibition includes paintings by famous Kostanay artists such as Nikolai Torshin, Vadim Bykov, Natalia Khalifayeva, Andrey Ariskin, Larisa Dmitrieva, Oleg Kuskov and Anatoly Shchastyantsev. Among them are the works of the debutante of 2025, Aliya Abilova. Graphic works by Vadim Bykov, Bayan Batalova, Sergey Li and Ekaterina Artemyeva harmoniously complement the exhibition space. The sculpture at the exhibition is shown by the famous Kostanay sculptor Alexander Votkal. Decorative and applied art is demonstrated by Liana Badazhkova's vivid compositions and Arlan Ankauov's geometric accents filled with archaic sound. Amateur authors are also working with notable activity: Anatoly Chernushka, Ivan Figol, Olga Rogalskaya, who took part in the exhibition for the first time. The final exhibition presents the works of the participants of the annual regional art project "Plein Air – 2025". The exhibition also features sketches by authors who worked independently in different regions of the region. The exhibition "On the wave of Inspiration" will run for a month.
